How does Kalibrant respect my privacy?

We operate on a "Privacy by Design" philosophy. We use a "Double Shield" technique where personal identifiers are masked before analysis. We store the minimum amount of data necessary and offer a "Total Erasure" feature that permanently wipes your data upon account deletion.

What is the difference between the tiers?

Basic: Free tier including 1 smart scan per month. Does not include Data Breach Monitoring or chat support.
Protection: Unlimited automated smart scans of emails and links, and Data Breach Monitoring. Does not include chat support.
Serenity: Everything in Protection, plus direct chat access to human cybersecurity experts for personalized guidance.

Are my chat messages with experts secure?

Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard Hybrid End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) for all Serenity chat messages. This means your communications are locked on your device and can only be read by the designated expert; Kalibrant's servers and infrastructure cannot access the contents.

Is the Serenity Chat live 24/7?

No, it is a priority expert service with a 4-hour response target during business hours (CET). We focus on high-quality, thoughtful analysis rather than instant automated responses.

Can Kalibrant guarantee a file or link is safe?

No security tool can offer a 100% guarantee. We provide a risk assessment based on sophisticated analysis of known threats and patterns. You should always remain vigilant and cautious.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). You must go to your device settings to cancel or modify your subscription. Kalibrant does not store your payment details directly.
