The "Serenity" tier offers a premium advisory service connecting users with human cybersecurity experts. This service is governed by the following professional standards and limitations:
Nature of Service: This is an advisory and accompaniment service only. Our experts provide technical guidance and risk assessments based on the information you provide. Our guidance does not constitute legal advice, insurance adjusting, or official law enforcement action.
Response Time & Availability: While we strive for rapid assistance, the Serenity Chat is not a 24/7 emergency response line. Standard response targets are within four (4) business hours (CET). We do not guarantee "live" or instantaneous communication.
User Autonomy: Kalibrant experts do not possess "Power of Attorney" and will never perform actions on your behalf (e.g., logging into your accounts or communicating with third parties). You remain the sole decision-maker and executor of all actions taken on your devices and accounts.
Liability Disclaimer for Active Incidents: In the event of an ongoing cyberattack or data breach, Kalibrant provides "best-effort" guidance to mitigate further risk. However, Kalibrant assumes no liability for the success or failure of recovery efforts, loss of data, financial theft, or any damages resulting from actions taken (or not taken) following an expert's suggestion.
Professional Boundaries: For professional users (e.g., medical, legal, or financial practitioners), our guidance is intended to supplement, not replace, your mandatory professional data protection obligations or statutory reporting requirements.
While Kalibrant utilizes industry-leading AI and expert analysis, no security tool can guarantee 100% protection against all cyber threats. Kalibrant provides risk assessments based on probabilities and known signatures.
Limitation: Kalibrant shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from any cybersecurity incidents that may occur despite our analysis.
Subscriptions to "Protection" and "Serenity" tiers are managed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
